We spend the economically obstructive year of 2010 to assist our clients to put together projects which will be capable of successful completion when the economic situation eases. This entailed going back to the drawing board many many times. We are happy to announce that it appears that we have five projects in the making:
On behalf of the CPOA there is Fernbridge and Riverside Gardens which will complete the CPOA vision of the anticipated retirement node in Diepriver. In conjunction with partners the CPOA has also taken Kronendal in Hout Bay and Courtyard Developments in Milnerton to the open market. Rabie & Rabie is also expanding our area with a proposed retirement development in Somerset West with a reputable developer in the area. More news will follow later when all the t's are crossed and the i's are dotted.
During 2010 we also renovated and rejuvenated both ourselves and our office. We are finally entering the final stages of our new look office which seeks to facilitate both enjoyment at work and service delivery with more light, more effective work stations and the promotion of communication which is evident of our yellow boardroom table - the colour of communication. We look forward to seeing you here.

Soccer 2010 at Van Hunks in Kloof Street
We all took some time off (whilst the office was being built) to watch South Africa hosting the 2010 Fifa World Cup.
Who can ever forget the goal of Tshabalala......it deserved a beer or two!
