Penny Plougmann

Penny graduated with the B.Com LLB Degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary in 1990 and commenced practicing for her own account as a director of Plougmann Incorporated in 1992.  Penny is an experienced conveyancer and property lawyer and notary.

Leon Lochner

Leon graduated with the BA LLB Degrees from the University of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney in 1997.  Leon also has a specialist shipping law qualification and commenced practicing for his own account at Rabie & Rabie during 2000. He is also a specialist in retirement law.

Lettie Munnik

​Conveyancing Paralegal

Started her conveyancing career as a junior conveyancing secretary in 1987 in Pretoria. She joined Rabie & Rabie Attorneys as a senior conveyancing secretary in May 1998. With 27 years experience she is an invaluable asset to the firm in the property law and conveyancing department. She is also au fait with winding up deceased estates.

Dinah-Lee Laura Edwards

Professional Assistant

Graduated with an LLB from the University of the Western Cape (Cum Laude).  
She was on the Dean’s merit list for several years. She was admitted as an attorney in 2019. Dinah has experience in civil litigation, debt recovery, family law, administration of deceased estates. Dinah appeared in the Without Prejudice Magazine for being one of the top students at the University of the Western Cape in 2016.

Sandi Maqoma

Graduated with an LLB from the University of Fort Hare in 2016 and completed his Practical Legal Training with the law society of South Africa in 2018.
